　　继2008年院线电影《比佛利拜金狗》（Beverly Hills Chihuahua），以及2011年直接发行影音产品的续集《比佛利拜金狗2》（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2）之后，迪士尼于2012年的秋季再度推出此系列第三部作品《比佛利拜金狗3》（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta!），本片跟第二集同样是以直接发行影音产品的方式在美国首度推出。

　　在《比佛利拜金狗3》的故事中，比佛利的吉娃娃家庭又有新冒险了！Papi 和 Chloe 以及他们的五只小狗狗，跟随他们的主人 Rachel 和 Sam ，搬进了一家大饭店，这里不但豪华气派，居然还有专门给狗狗们使用的SPA，真是一个最完美的渡假天堂，天天都像是在开嘉年华会一样！不过，吉娃娃家庭里最小的成员 Rosa 却心事重重，原来她觉得自己身体如此瘦小，一点也不起眼，似乎是家里面最不重要的成员。如今狗爸爸 Papi 知道了小 Rosa 的心事，他要如何帮助 Rosa 建立自信，并发现自己的优点、发挥自己的潜力呢？

　　本片由 Sara E. White 制片，由 Lev L. Spiro 担任执导，剧本则是由 Dana Starfield 所负责。配音和演出的演员则是第二集同样的原班人马，例如配音的包括有 George Lopez 、Odette Yustman …等等；而真人演出的演员则包括有 Erin Cahill 、Marcus Coloma …等等。至于在新加入的角色部分，参与演出的则包括有 Frances Fisher 、Sebastian Roché 、J.P. Manoux …等等。
